Integrative Methodology
I blend cognitive tools, somatic practices, neuroeducation, and meaning-making exercises to restore clarity, stability, and purpose.

Personalized & Flexible
This is not a one-size-fits-all program. Each client’s path is customized according to their circumstances of environment, family and goals.

Shared Responsibility

Recovery is a co-created process built on transparency, consistency, and trust.

Ethical Transparency & Trust

I'm a paragraph. Click here to add your own text and edit me. It's easy.

Absolute Confidentiality

Your privacy is protected under a strict professional code of ethics. Each session provides a safe, judgment-free space for honest self-exploration.

Empowerment Over Dependency

My goal is to make myself obsolete.I want you to leave with the tools and insight to sustain recovery independently — not remain dependent on me.

Clear Communication

All program methods, expectations, and financials are discussed openly before we begin.

Satisfaction Guarantee

If, after completing one week of virtual sessions and two days of in-person immersion (9 days), you choose not to continue, I will honour an 80% refund.

I understand wholeheartedly that if people are not ready for change then it is impossible to provide addiction recovery service.  I cannot  and will not work with someone who does not want the help.

After our 90-day journey is complete, on going support, interaction or communication is at your discretion. Receiving emails, texts or any resources on addiction recovery is how we all continue to grow and win the battle of addiction. Being of service, helping others or creating pathways for the less fortune will always be encouraged while in active recovery.
