HOW IT WORKS – A Rough Outline

(General Sober Maintenance 90-Day Hybrid Program)

 

1️⃣ Initial Inquiry & Free Consultation

  • 30–45 min video call

  • Discuss goals, history, needs, and program fit

  • No payment, no obligations — just clarity

  • If we both agree it’s the right fit, we move forward

2️⃣ Secure Your Spot

  • Digital service agreement + consent forms are sent

  • All paperwork completed before any payment

  • Once signed: 20% deposit required to begin Week 1

Deposit = commitment. No payments are accepted before contracts are signed.

3️⃣ Week 1 — Virtual Onboarding & Assessment

Your first official week of care
Includes 1–2 sessions (≈ 2.5–3 hrs total) spread over a few days:

✔ Full clinical intake (history, diagnoses, medications, withdrawals, allergies, relapse history)
✔ Review of past treatments + what has / hasn’t worked
✔ Current supports + safety planning
✔ Life logistics & environmental prep (household dynamics, sleeping arrangements, routines, privacy needs)
✔ Digital onboarding package Workbook, daily schedule template, journal prompts, reading list
✔ Technology check (telehealth setup, secure messaging, file sharing)
✔ Rapport building + motivation mapping

Goal: Build a strong, trusted foundation and fully prepare the home environment
for in-person support.

4️⃣ Week 2 & 3 — In-Home Treatment

The program comes to you.

This is where daily structure, supervision, accountability, education, and lifestyle
transformation begin in real time:

✔ Daily morning mindfulness + movement
✔ Structured habit change + coping skills training
✔ Personalized sober lifestyle design
✔ Triggers, cravings & emotional regulation support
✔ Family engagement if appropriate
✔ Optional sleep, nutrition, and wellness coaching integrations

✅ Risk-Free Continuation Policy

If a client chooses to discontinue within the first 48 hours of in-home services:

  • In-home payment is refunded in full

  • Services end, no further charges

If they continue beyond 48 hours:

  • They commit to the remainder of the program

This policy aligns mutual commitment without trapping anyone financially.

5️⃣ End of Week 3 — Payment Milestone

Once in-home services are completed successfully:
➡️ Next 60% of contract payment is due

This confirms transition into virtual integration.

6️⃣ Week 4 & 5 — Virtual Integration & Accountability

✔ Structured follow-up
✔ Weekly deep-dive sessions
✔ Maintaining momentum at home
✔ Meaning + identity rebuilding
✔ Skills transfer from coaching to independent autonomy

Goal: Confidence + competence to manage recovery without daily presence.

7️⃣ Week 6 — In-Person Reinforcement

Return to in-person support (1–3 days depending on client needs)

✔ Review + reinforce what’s working
✔ Address challenges that emerged post-transition
✔ Strengthen long-term maintenance strategies

Once Week 6 is complete:
➡️ Final 20% of contract payment is due

8️⃣ Weeks 7–12 — Continued Maintenance & Support

(One session per week — virtual)

✔ Relapse prevention
✔ Motivation + habits maintenance
✔ Mindfulness consolidation
✔ Return to meaning, purpose, community
✔ Optional support continuation post-90-days

The goal is not dependence on a coach — but genuine independence.
